The short version: We collect your email address when you join our waitlist. We use it only to notify you when Vairify launches. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything else. Your data stays in Canada.
Vairify is a Canadian AI fact-checking service operating at vairify.ca. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

At this stage, Vairify is a pre-launch product. The only personal information we collect is:

We collect your email address for one purpose only: to notify you when Vairify officially launches. By joining the waitlist, you are providing express consent under CASL to receive this single category of communication from us.

Waitlist submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (form handling) and Cakemail, a Canadian email platform headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. Cakemail stores data on servers physically located in Canada.
We have chosen Canadian infrastructure providers specifically to keep your data subject to Canadian privacy law.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above (Netlify, Cakemail) for the sole purpose of operating our waitlist. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.
We may disclose your information if required by Canadian law or a valid legal process.

You can withdraw your consent and be removed from our waitlist at any time by emailing hello@vairify.ca with the subject line "Remove me." We will process your request within 10 business days, in compliance with CASL.
Our current landing page does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or any third-party tracking technology. We do not track your behaviour on the site.
Our site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely. We use reputable Canadian and internationally recognized service providers with their own security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
Vairify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
As Vairify grows from a waitlist to a full product, this privacy policy will be updated to reflect new data practices. We will notify waitlist subscribers of any material changes by email before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
